A well-kept office makes a difference to employees and visitors alike. We provide regular cleaning for offices and selected commercial premises, planned around your working hours, how the space is used and how often it needs attention.
Depending on the agreed scope, our service can include workstations, meeting rooms and conference areas, reception spaces, kitchens, washrooms and shared areas. The specific tasks are recorded in an individual cleaning plan.
Our service is particularly suited to offices and businesses looking for dependable, regular care. A recurring scope of approximately four hours per week is a good fit for our way of working. We agree the exact scope after visiting the premises.
Medical, dental and selected other practices need careful and dependable cleaning. We maintain practices, including reception areas, waiting rooms, treatment rooms excluding operating theatres, washrooms and staff areas, according to a plan agreed with you.
Before work begins, we clarify your requirements, sensitive areas, surface materials and suitable cleaning times. Tasks and responsibilities are recorded in individual checklists. We do not clean operating theatres.
Alongside offices and medical practices, we maintain selected commercial premises such as law firms, architectural practices, insurance offices, agencies and salons. The premises must have a regular cleaning requirement that can be met with professional equipment suited to the site, without heavy industrial cleaning machinery.
We do not provide cleaning for hospitality or accommodation businesses, or work that requires heavy industrial machinery.

Ana gained hospitality experience as a supervisor at Hilton Dublin, at its Charlemont Place location. She then worked as a supervisor at the George Frederic Handel Hotel in Dublin, which at the time was part of The Key Collection. During her time there, the housekeeping team received a gold distinction from the Irish Accommodation Services Institute (IASI).
Ana subsequently worked at The Merrion in Dublin, a five-star hotel and member of The Leading Hotels of the World (LHW). In housekeeping, she worked with rigorous LQA checklists as well as the hotel’s own checklists. This practical experience is an important foundation for the systematic, detail-focused approach at AS Signature Cleaning.
For the past eight years, Ana has also cared for private homes, further developing her ability to adapt to different people, spaces and individual needs. Today, she combines that personal experience with clear standards, structured procedures and regular quality checks.
AS Signature Cleaning was founded by Ana Šurlin. Trained as a dental technician, Ana brings precision and a trained eye for detail to her work. She applies this mindset to professional cleaning, from the first impression a room creates to dust in a tucked-away corner.

No. Operating theatres and hospitality or accommodation businesses are outside our service scope. We focus on selected offices, medical practices without operating theatres, commercial premises and selected private homes.
We assign a regular cleaner or consistent team to each site. You know who is coming, and the assigned person becomes familiar with your premises and agreed procedures. We avoid changing staff as part of routine service.
Every employee signs a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and receives role-specific training. Discretion and respect for private and business premises are part of how we work.
First, we discuss your requirements and walk through the premises. We then prepare an individual service plan with suitable checklists and send you a proposal. This way, the recommendation reflects your actual needs rather than a pre-set package.
